• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used mattress protectors cannot be returned unless they are defective or were received damaged.
• Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.
